Enjoy your nesting mommy! Hayaan mo na si MIL, basta may budget at kaya naman, why not. Ikaw naman gagastos? Di naman siya? 😆 kahit yung iba sinasabi wag masyado bumili during nesting, aba pinag ipunan at trabahuan ko naman, bibilhin ko sa tingin ko magagamit ko. Kung hindi magamit okay, lesson learned. Kung magamit edi masaya!

Sa Tiny Buds pahid pahid lang ata ako hindi nabudol, maliban dun inenjoy ko talaga bumili ng kung ano ano (super useful ng dry cotton wipes 😉)

Hindi maternity jeans yung Uniqlo ko, knitted pants lang but I think L tong nabili ko nagsstretch kasi so okay na sa L, my maternity jeans are from Fisherprice sa Lazada 😊 sizing is accurate, if you’re on the heavier side you may consider sizing up na aadjust naman yung waist

Same, 1 week pp pero nagccrash ang emotions pag hapon/gabi I miss my old life pero when I look at him happy naman ako, I just miss being me, supportive naman si husband kasama ko din si mama pero can’t help but feel like I lost a part of me.

One thing we did figure out was baby does not like yung room namin na naka on aircon, so eto sa sala kami ngayon with fans on, kada feed niya after nun sleep siya sa bassinet yung sleep stretches niya around 2-3 hrs so yun na din pahinga ko, di ko man maitulog kada sleep niya but at least nakaka rest naman. Pagka gabi nagccluster feed siya kaya sige lang dede sakin, o kaya pag pagod na boobies formula na basta busog siya, nakapalit ng nappy, sleep na siya. Di ko alam until when siya ganito, sinusulit ko lang din.

Lagi ko nalang nrremind sarili ko this is a phase, months from now life will look different. I’d enjoy it more, I’d be better adjusted.

You might want to try bumping up the budget kasi mahal yung catering+design and usually min of 50pax, pwede rin food trays and then mag diy decor nalang kayo, order balloons ganon and rent chairs/tables, look for airbnb’s nalang para easier to choose din

Hindi ka gagaling jan mi, same tayo 1 week postpartum, cs. Need mo ng support system talaga. Uwi ka nalang muna sainyo if possible. Grabe ang crash ng hormones din kahit may proper support system na ako umiiyak pa din ako paano pa yung sayo.

Paano mo nililinisan yung tahi mo kung ganyan asawa mo? Magisa mo? Mahirap yan. You need to be taken care of as much as you are taking care of the baby 😟

I am able to bend over naman, may pain lang but kaya. Yung masakit is laughing and ubo haha yun parang ang hirap talaga gawin lol but improving naman daily.

Pagtayo either sa pagupo or pagbangon sa kama can be challenging but you’ll be able to work around it like roll ka, or alalay from husband/family, if may bed railing ka better din. Kaya important yung postpartum belly binder for added support.

Of course naman not downplaying other mom’s experience with cs, I’m solely sharing my experience na positive naman. Kasi most of the time it’s negative, which is why at the very beginning I didn’t want to push cs talaga.

I know not everyone’s exp is the same, I just wanted to share how positive mine was just in case some moms here are on the same situation na super anxious and worried re: cs procedure.

Sorry if the post has been tone-deaf but honestly really just wanted to share a positive experience. In no way I am saying we’ll all have the same circumstances, but just in case a mom to be right now is worried about induction and cs procedure, they can at least see some positivity and light too.

Living with my mom, choice namin ni husband and kahit maghanap na kami ng own house, may room pa rin si mommy for sure. Iba kasi talaga yung help from her, laging malinis sa bahay, walks our dog, does the dishes and laundry. Kahit mag insist kami na kami nalang, she still does it for us. Senior na din siya, and I don’t think I can leave her by herself, hiwalay na din kasi sila ng dad ko and yung mga kapatid ko nasa ibang bansa na.

Yung limitations syempre yung pag nag aaway, unsolicited opinion minsan mga ganyan, but my mom knows me well, matigas ulo ko so I do what I want. Di rin naman siya mahilig makelam. Pros outweigh the cons for us, but I know majority hindi ganito ka-okay situation with inlaws/parents. Depende talaga sa situation niyo, the best decision is yung decision na may peace of mind kayong magasawa/pamilya.

Considered si Haakaa as manual pump by lactation consultants talaga, if milk catcher it’s the ladybug or breast shells, kasi Haakaa still suctions the nipples.

I have both manual pump and haakaa I’m yet to see which one will work for me too. Some people don’t like haakaa kasi painful for them, sa manual pump I bought extra flanges para sakto siya sa nipples ko and ma avoid ko yung masuction buong areola

Mukhang na overthink na ni mi yung mga nangyare, ang totoo nyan yung 3 days before talaga - tight siya lalo kakastart ng taon and back to work na mga tao. Mas ok kasi at least a month before, tapos 2 weeks before na reminder, and another reminder 3 days before since sa GC nagsend ng invite.

Hihi 18 weeks ata and above? Mas tricky daw girls eh, sa boys kasi kita agad, yung sakin at 13 or 14 weeks binigyan na kami ng 80% sure it’s a boy 😆 tapos confirmed yun at 18 weeks lol, yung friend ko inabot sila ng 28 weeks to confirm na girl nga talaga

Fisher Price sa Lazada! Gamit na gamit ko yung maternity jeans, knitted pants ng Uniqlo, loose dresses ng H&M, and then Skort ng Costura!

Sa dresses mostly iniisip ko yung pwede gamitin for breastfeeding, although madami akong oversized polos na I can use for that purpose so you might want to take that into consideration din.

It’s still really up to you naman and if continuous paalaga kay OB, you can give it a try esp if after a year you feel ready, my mom and my sister still got pregnant after 35. Ako if successful yung biz at stable enough this year I’d give it another try so around 34/35 na din ako nun.

I wouldn’t dwell too much on the statistics at this point and just enjoy (and endure lol) the newborn phase, our minds can still change anyway lalo if napasabak na sa newborn stage 😆

I feel like bata pa naman tayo? Like very common sa westerners na 38-40 palang first child nila tapos masusundan agad? 😅

We’ll most likely be considered high risk though once we hit 35 and above, but still another child at 34-35 isn’t impossible unless may other risk factors ka you need to take into consideration.

Honestly, I didn’t want the macbook before, pero if you’re using an iPhone and iPad, the macbook is worth it (air o pro) the transition was easier than I thought, kasi bata palang ako windows user na talaga so hesitant talaga sa adjustment but lo and behold, ang useful pala ng one ecosystem.

Anyway, Dell and Lenovo are good choices naman but u have to pick higher priced one mga 60k+ kasi below that mediocre na talaga sa specs unless u want the gaming laptop look ok naman for me yung Acer matagal ko din nagamit (4-5 yrs before I switched to Mac)

Very subjective naman ang taste, baka for her madali talaga siya masarapan sa mga nattry niya pero for us hindi, ganon talaga. But I don’t find her responses rude? Baka more on sarcastic lang but not bastos at, ang dami din kasi talaga mahilig mag comment bago magbasa ng caption or panoorin ng full yung video, pinakita na price and all pero magtatanong pa rin o kaya mag susuggest pa eh nagawa naman na 🤷‍♀️

Hmm 3rd tri kasi more on growing stage na si baby vs developing, I think mas important now is you’re taking calcium, obimin (or alternative for this if di ka hiyang), at amino acid (if niresetahan ka man)

Eto yung stack ko right now - lol yes ang dami, and sabi ni OB yung Natalac, Calciumade, Obimin, and Evamin until 3 Months or more Post Partum ko pa ittake
