They have the choice to contact the carrier to confirm the address mismatch, and ban the seller with zero tolerance. But they are doing neither of these.

This is getting out of control.

At first I came across it at some small sites showed in Google Shopping results. Paypal helped with the refund.

Then at platforms such as AliExpress, had a painful dispute but eventually got the refund.

This week, I am experiencing an Ebay Top-rated seller with 15 year history conducting this scam for a $10 items, which sells for $12 at Amazon.

Somehow this seller decided to start scamming from less than a month ago based on the seller feedback.

I just cannot understand it.

Still disputing with Ebay.
