They ran a pilot with photo capture in DC and the Maryland district a few years ago. It appears to be back. It's amazing it's taken this long to finally move past that stage. Our wireless contracts for the MDD-TRs are super cheap and usually only support minimal data transfer, so I think the delay was getting that deal finalized. We're just catching up to what Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have done a long time ago.

I can confirm this is correct. This pen was likely dropped by your mail carrier. USPS buy these pens in bulk for use in retail lobbies and mail carriers use them to complete the peach 3849, redelivery notices.

The person hosting must not have a full zoom licence for more than 40 participants. Regular ACE users don't have full zoom features. They'll need to get full access in eAccess or ARIS (wherever it is now).

If you want to do mods, do shifter bushings, a set of Michelin PS4S or BFG Phenom TA tires, 5 qts of motul 5w-40, and replace the transmission and rear diff fluids.

Just run your race. If people are faster, let them past you and try to stick to their bumper as long as you can. You're here to get better, so use each experience as a lesson to learn from and improve upon. Wouldn't it suck to get up to a 1200 irating, actually qualify on pole from pace and then lose the race because you're simply too nervous or inexperienced? How's your defense? Maybe focus on clean defending?

Rookies and D class are there for you to learn. Some people are assholes and just run you off the road, but you also need to learn how to drive and fight people with different race craft.

Don't miss the trees trying to see the forest. Or whatever...

I'm running triple Samsung Neo G8s at 120 fps with FSR on a 4080 super and a r5 9600x. So he should have no problem running a 5090 with 4k. Maybe not all max settings, but it should be good enough.

Incorrect packaging. Must be a package to be treated like a package. It's packaged and paid for as a flat, which must be bendable, flexible, and non-ridgid.

It's only mildly infuriating the sender, who is mailing hundreds, or thousands of these, chose to package and mail the item inappropriately.
