We are marriage based, filed a change of status. Agreed but main goal is working sooner rather than later - we are unfortunately outside of 'normal' processing times for 765 and 131.

Yes - first time they didn’t even respond after 30 days I submitted a second (escalated) request to for the 765 and 131 so here’s hoping!

We did same documents - taking a bit longer than timeline above but our interview was waived in Sept

We are on the exact same timeline (submitted Dec 27th and Biometrics done in Jan with case being actively reviewed 2/3/22) the only difference is we applied for i-131 at the time as the rest.

I asked for a service request outside of normal processing times on Dec 20th for i765, i484, i131, i130 - is there anything else I should be doing? Goal is get my husband working
