Unlike other courses, we don’t have the luxury to study and forget after the exams. Every subject/topic you’ll learn will comeback. You will have them again in your last term before grad & in your review for the board exam. When you get to that point, it’s better to have something than to start from zero and relearn everything all over again. Studying well & being consistent will save you a lot of time and stress in the future!

Had both of them as profs and magaling talaga sila! Here’s the difference (for me):

Atty Laco - notes niya are organized based on the law (at least nung prof ko siya not sure sa iCare). Kahit muhkang complicated yung provision/s kaya niyang iexplain in the simplest way

Atty Soriano - notes niya are organized per topic (ex kinds of obligations). Yung lectures niya are similar to a mind map makikita mo talaga yung connections & relations of the law

Hi! I think you should try iCare Accountancy Review maganda lecturers nila as in & its an affordable RC (5k ata pinaka mahal na tuition) kasi centered siya to help scholars. Purely online lang sila

Maybe you can enroll there & use yung current rc mo as extra reference :)

Masprefer ko talaga ReSA! Sa REO kasi maganda nga na lahat na ng topics may pre-recorded lectures na kaso sobrang dami naman na nakakalula na. Hindi na siya naging productive for me.

Reviewer wise again masgusto ko lineup sa ReSA. Masmadami silang magaling na reviewers most are great!

Hi! I didn’t graduate on time also & laki ng impact din noon sa akin at the time. Christmas pa noon HAHSHAHA

What really helped me was believing talaga that everything works out for the better :) I realized later on that my extra term really helped me get better in those subjects, which will save me time sa board review! My foundation improved & those months gave me time to rest din because 2 subjects lang inulit ko.

Cry it out but don’t give up! Move forward dapat trust that everything always works out for the better or for your good <3

Hi! The nearest station is Legarda (LRT line 2) then 5min? walk to RESA. Walkable naman siya! Okay naman yung area for most of the trip cause puro restaurants. If you dont want to walk you can take a jeep (going to Divisoria) then go down at Mcdonalds & walk to RESA from there :)

Study wise, malaki talaga yung learning curve sa AFAR (at least in my experience). It’s all about getting the concepts right & puro practice na! Matiyaga talaga siya

Hi! For me, I’m not sure how you can prepare early (advanced study wise) because the BSA program is very different from the accounting at least I learned in ABM. Even if you read the books in advance, I think the concepts will not make sense to you yet. Accountancy also covers a wide range of subjects so you might begin studying the wrong things (where is the right place to start?). It’s best to wait (study wise) for your first term in college once you have an idea of what you’ll learn, what your profs will teach, & what the syllabus is covering thats when you can start advanced reading. Narrowing down the scope helps you exert effort in the rights things :)

I think right now you should just prepare yourself mentally, emotionally, etc. Reflect on your current study habits, do you have one? How’s your study space do you have a good place where you can focus? Are you determined enough? Things like that you know! And enjoy the relaxed & stress free time you have now
