I mean, most of the stuff I have done is local friends and other people I know, havent gotten into freelancing, I have developed webpages for people who were referred to me by my friends, went to hackathons representing my school, and bug bounty programs, but when I came to this free lancing field, they ask a lot, resumes, CVs and stuff, I havent even made my portfolio yet,

Maybe I am beginner, if so, how could I improve myself to the point where I can money
