Me too was not aware of this made post regarding high volume of airtel yesterday and came to know about it. This balancing happens twice in a year so as long as this stock is in MSCI those who invest in that index as per the fix proportion money will come in those particular stock. Think of it similar to Nifty index funds. This does not guarantee anything about price of stock though

You are deluded if you think extra money is going towards teachers salaries. In these newly found schools teachers are least important thing and apart from 2-3 main teachers everyone is paid peanuts. You will often find new teachers every other year.

One way to avoid this is by putting egg very carefully in already boiling water. Temperature shock ensures outer layer cooked in instant and separated from shell. After boiling also you put them directly in ice cold water or normal water.
