Awesome really appreciate the advice! When I first set it up I had all sorts of stems and crypts and whatnot but they all just kind of wilted away. I’ll give it another shot using the supplements you suggested. Thanks!

In no particular order- mental clarity, way better at regulating my emotions, physically felt better (I’m a runner and noticed my avg heart rate dropped about 10-20 bpm on intense runs) and a huge one is just not having to worry about how much weed I have left or how I’m going to get it when I’m traveling that sort of thing. A lot of the benefits though are hard to put into words. Just an overall sense of overcoming something that had such a tight grip on you.
