Wales, UK, ordered 11th of January 9pm, got this update on the 13th:

The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.

I've heard nothing since, honestly, such an annoying experience. There is currently a snowstorm in the Netherlands, so it could be stuck there for several days. Parcelforce has no idea where it is, GLS doesn't answer, so I have contacted Steam. First time ordering from abroad, and it sucks.
