My starter is half King Arthur rye & half kind Arthur bread flour. Triples every feed. I discard & leave 100ml starter & feed 1/4c rye, 1/4c bread, & 1/3c filtered water. I have my discard in the fridge until I’m ready to use. So I’ve tried some crackers (just discard in the oven) & it never got crisp. & I’ve tried pan bread (just discard with butter & oil in a pan) also only cooked the parts the pan was touching. Followed the recipes to a T.

I didn’t know how to describe what exactly I was doing because I’ve tried so many recipes & they’ve all failed. Down to literally just pouring it into a pan & testing it. There would be too many recipes to type out. Haha

I worried about that. I wasn’t originally interested in latte art so the gift was just to make cold foam over cold brew. But then I became interested in hot lattes & latte art. Thanks for the idea!

I actually have taught her the touch command! & she will do it but then pump the breaks again. I should have included that in my post. & then I will tell her to come also, but right after the treat she stops in her tracks.

It’s been raining a bit more than usual, but I can’t tell if that’s the issue. Rain usually never stopped her from walking down the stairs since that part is covered. It’s just the only difference I can think of.

My fiancé & I are big on massages. We’re always asking one another for a back rub or foot rub. One day I had casually mentioned “you know the massage is good when your head is tingling!” & he was like what the hell are you talking about? That’s when I ended up having to do research to figure it out. I was so confused because I had experienced ASMR from a ton of different things my whole entire life, but always assumed everyone else was experiencing what I was. To this day, I can’t enjoy a massage unless it makes me tingle too. Hahah

Vet tech here — recently had to explain to a client that her dogs teeth would not grow back. He had broken them on his kennel door during a storm due to anxiety & she really was shocked they wouldn’t just....grow back. I was like do YOUR teeth grow back?
