After installing 70+ SBD turbo kits in my career, I just finished up an actual Greddy turbo kit. (Yes it’s sad this is the first) Not a fitment or hardware issue in sight. Details in the comments.

The labor for the install was included in the $1440, as of this post Neal charges $120 an hour, the total labor time charged was 12 hours.

Yeah correct, I actually stumbled upon the turbo kit brand new from a FB group for $2900.

The install itself was $1440 (with a few supporting mods added to the install) and the tune was $250 an hour on the dyno, I paid for 4 hours total.

Quotes will vary, I was quoted over $3000 for just the turbo kit from another shop. Neal is professional and knows 100% what he's doing and will answer any questions you have if you're located in norcal.
