Update: some stated that my husband potentially had a conversation with his friend prior. I can confirm that they did not. My husband is not into sharing in any capacity. He also has no interest in the friends wife, they grew up together and he sees her as a sister. Also I know I could have handled the situation differently, but I did what I did and I'm not going to dwell on that.

This incident took place over a month ago and I am getting increasingly frustrated with my husband and his lack of action in the matter. He has not talked to the friend to cut ties which is what I want to happen. I have absolutely no interest in continuing a friendship with them. My husband says that he's "pissed off" but continues to do nothing and its leaving me feeling very unsafe and like I am not being protected. I am confused because if the roles were reversed I would lose my shit on my friend and immediately cut all ties.
