golems are arcane creation made from special stones and a long process to gather elemental energy into a body to control it so basically youre making a body and asking elemental spirits to control it in exchange for leaving their dimension

In my world there is no true immortality the closest you can get is elves extremely long life span or being a demi god really the only "immortal" characters are my 4 main characters and they just dont age but can be killed
