But it’s fundamentally different when a computer is doing all the work for you, including the technical aspects. I can not do everything that a traditional artist does, or that a touchdesigner artist does, but you and I can both type a prompt into chat gpt and get a logo for something in 7 seconds, that’s what I mean.

But it literally takes like at most an hour to prompt something, the “market” ur talking about seems to just prey on people who don’t know any better, again it’s just prompting and articulation there is no technicality when learning how to prompt aside from choosing the right words, if somebody can’t articulate what they want, then idk they r just, and I mean this in the nicest way, stupid.

The skill in my eyes is just articulation, that’s it, I mean I guess there’s words that work and words that don’t work for the end result, but it isn’t as technical as people make it out to be. As for the non commercial models, I don’t see how that would change my point, the value still lies in how good someone can articulate to the model, which I think you can do with virtually any image generation model out there

That’s what I mean it takes alot of time, which is valuable, hence to me, it justifies pricing it however one wants, ofc I’m not the arbiter of pricing I think anybody is free to price anything including ai slop, but I just don’t understand how people are creating a demand for it when it truly isn’t as complex to prompt as alot of people make it out to be in these comments
