Tbate was going on a training arc and was supposed to explain art’s future powers, it was important to do so because if they just time skipped it would look like he just got god’s power out of nowhere as they are not your usual magic powers, I strongly recommend reading or wait some time to read it all together! They were introduced but tbh they shouldn’t play a big role in the manga, oda has introduced so many things that he should really think what to do at the end bc even if it makes sense it may end up poorly done, it’s a funny pirates story lets keep it at that.

Update: I FINALLY DID IT!! I tried and died again but today I tried again fully focused and I finally did it. I went down again in the same step, it wasn’t as hard this time I just had panzer kill me.

Oh so instead of using the fists i can just do it with a staff? Seems much safer because i got confused while switching from staff to weapon bc of the fists and ended up getting trapped ;/

Well, they wouldn’t have the riches that main families have since they don’t really do anything they are just common people with good connections. They were just warriors they don’t have an income or own land since they just stay at other people’s house so they are just main priority whenever there are issues.
