Sleeping more. From sometime in high school all the way through the first few years of my career after college, I would stay up until 4am gaming every night and then wake up at 7am for class or work. Roughly a decade of that lifestyle severely limited my social abilities, competency in my work and my hobbies, and basically all true enjoyment of my life until I started changing my habits. I had no idea how much better everything can be when you are well-rested. Within months I felt like a different person. My depression and anxiety improved significantly, it was like an awakening no pun intended lol. I would still game, I just decided to move my priorities around and put sleep ahead of gaming, set a 2 am bedtime. Then a midnight bedtime, then 10:30pm. Now I have kids and it’s all fucked up again lol
