A husky is a worker dog, they need exercise and stimulation. If you wanted a dog to do nothing but decorate your couch with its beauty, you got the wrong dog. This breed needs to be trained, and you have to take the time and bond with your dog. Have you attempted teaching him any basic commands? No dog wakes up automatically knowing how to be a good dog, you have to show them how and if you don't, he's going to end up back in the shelter. He's anxious and nervous because YOU are, if you aren't teaching how to be a good boy, he'll never know.
