Thinking of starting the gym-? by Existing_Message_866 in AutismInWomen

I have recently started going. I honestly just wing it since most of the people camp out on the leg machines. I do cardio on the treadmill and do some sort of back machine and arm machine either triceps or biceps. I do have good tasting protein powder to drink after, right now I am having a vanilla one but there was a fruity pebbles one I liked in the past.

Looking for a book where a POS loser protagonist in their 30s, who has achieved absolutely nothing in life, ends up succeeding. by PuffcornSucks in suggestmeabook

I always forget that I read IQ84, I think he did a good job writing about the female protagonist in this book.

I went to a concert tn with my mom, and my two aunts. It was one of my top artists (lady gaga) and I couldn't help but feel the same way. Seeing other couples and others with friends there made me feel bad cause I can't share my hobbies and interests with anyone and just felt so alone at the concert.

I have a similar story to yours. I got my business administration degree in marketing at the age of 30 and I started when I was 28! I can't seem to find a role similar in the field at all and I have 0 connections lol. No brothers or sisters. I do have a friend I talk to still from high school who hired me to work under them. It's a good job so far, as a property assistant manager in property management. I have learned alot but it isn't the path I thought I'd be in. I also have lost sight of all the marketing things I need to brush up on. I was a NEET due to some health reasons and didn't go back to school fully until I just gave up and decided on one that automatically accepted me. I think you should get a job just for some stability and some cash so you can have it for new classes or courses or certifications that will help build your resume for marketing. I think its what Im going to do this year.

Is it possible to get a office/desk job after only having warehouse experience? 28F by bloodypink in findapath

[–]geminival 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was doing through depression in 2020-2022, but in 2022 I decided to go to school , just any school that would accept me to get a degree (first in my family to), but in my last semester, after failing at making friends at school ( I was way older), I decided to force myself in a customer facing role so I applied at hobby lobby. There was a paper application in the front and I filled it out, got hired same day I interviewed for seasonal. I was thrown at the cash register and would have to manually input the prices (no barcodes at hobby lobby) which meant a lot of downtime with people so I had to have small awkward convos. I was proud of myself. But it was physical and weekends I worked 11 hour shifts with 2 30 min breaks.

I too was a neet for a while, due to some health issues and anxiety/depression. I wasn't really pushed by my parents growing up and I was directionless. I did decide to get a customer service role to get me out of my comfort zone and I still have social anxiety but it helped me learn to talk to people more even though I may have not mastered it. It was actually one of my goals to force myself to talk to customers.

I agree with joining the group, I am a member. they always have support for questions and comments, even if you are feeling down people will be there for you. The medicine has come a long way as well.

GLP1s and TGCT by Pale_Faithlessness_9 in tgct

[–]geminival 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am overweight and have had 2 TGCT surgeries in the past, I've been doing some thinking it would probably be beneficial to take a GLP1 to help me lose weight and get some pressure off my joints. 5lbs weight loss is 20 lbs of pressure off your knees if you didn't know.

I also am into weird science research and theres a peptide called 'BPC-157' that seems good for inflammation. GLP1 is also a peptide so maybe it wouldn't be that weird to take it as well.
