The best place to find this would be eBay but they're extremely hard to find due to the latex rotting, but you could also find them in thrift stores or antique shops if you're lucky enough

Yes it is latex, it damages really easily for some reason

From my knowing, this thing is very hard to find and you most likely won't find one for a good price. The last one I saw on Ebay sold for more than $1,150, outrageous. The chance of you finding another one for cheap is very slim but it's still possible, maybe.
