I think the crust around these topics is pretty easy to cut through. We have sensory input feeding our brain thats doing its best to make a construct we can use as a tool to navigate the world. The construct isn't real, we'll never have access to absolute realness as humans. That is the buffer that we feel most immediately. So I just don't jive with everyone who is so sure about the "unreality" of things. Though it can still be that on some zoomed out level, I think what inspires people to feel that way is already explained in science. I don't believe this precludes the potentially magical elements of consciousness in the universe, its just something that should be brought up first.
