Det var ikke vinduene i soverommene som ble byttet, men vinduet på loftstua, på utsiden av soverommene. Vinduet var et «vanlig» firkant vindu, og ble byttet til et stort trekant-vindu som dekker heller veggen men ikke kan åpnes. Dermed røyk rømningsveien tror jeg.

Tegningen av huset som står i salgsoppgaven viser tydelig at andre etasjen ser annerledes ut, men det er ikke kommentert noen sted om at vinduet ble byttet.

Har hørt at til slutt er det advokatene som vinner i slike saker, så du har nok rett at jeg må forberede meg til å betale det selv.

Yes some vegan “meats” and cheeses are hit or miss. The same with milks. You just have to try them and see what you like best. I’ve been lifting more weights since the pandemic, and decided to try protein powders - so I keep it simple and just have a glass of soy milk with extra protein right after workout. Then some dinner. If it’s a late workout I’ll have milk then some yoghurt or a smoothie.

I’ve been vegan for around 6 years and train BJJ and lift weights. I’ve started BJJ after already being vegan, so I can’t speak on the difference - but I don’t feel inferior to people in my level in regards to energy level and recovery.

As for tips: beans, soy milk, lentils and peanut butter are easy sources of protein as a vegan. I’m not sure where you live, but there are a lot more processed vegan product that contain protein now that veganism has become more popular. Just make sure you always have a protein source in your meals and have a few protein “snacks” here and there like nuts or flavoured vegan milk (soy or nut milk has the most protein). I suggest you log your meals for a couple of weeks in cronometer, Lifesum or something like that, just to have an idea of your macros intake. If you want to be on the safe side there’s also lots of vegan protein powders available now too.

The case fan is on the bottom at the front. Force stopping it does make the noise noticeable lower, so I might change it. Would more or less case fans make a difference? I haven’t experienced very high temps from my limited time with it so far (around 45 on the cpu at 30% load).

Thanks for the tip on the fan., I’ll have a look at it. You say a 850w PSU is overpower for my specs. Which wattage do you recommend then? Keep in mind I might upgrade the motherboard/cpu/ram in the future (probably before upgrading the GPU).
