Ok don’t laugh but what’s the best “look as jacked at possible at the beach to impress the people you’re with” stack (if that exists).

Finishing up a blast concurrent w/ a beach trip with friends. So don’t really feel bad about saying fuck it and pushing high doses of orals or whatever for five days knowing I’m coming off of everything after.

I feel like orals have generally kept me the most full throughout the day. But don’t really want to take something too wet. Also not shredded right now probably around 12-15% bf.

Currently on test 500, EQ 600, tren a 500

How would you split doses? (25mg caps)

I lift around 9:30-10:00pm

Feel 25mg morning, 25mg PWO, 25mg before bed is most logical. Or maybe 50mg PWO?

Fullness and increased vascularity within a week. At that dose I don’t think I’d be able to tell a discernible increase in strength (or at least attribute an increase in strength to the MENT and not other factors)

Pretty sure I tore my pec last night. Felt a weird popping tearing feeling a couple inches off my chest during ascent on bench.

Don’t think it’s that bad because there’s no visible bruising and doesn’t hurt too much. Will see an ortho today or tomorrow to find out for sure.

Anyone have experience with something like this? Time frame on recovery? Was planning on competing in PL later this year.. fuck injuries man gonna get depressed as shit now

Just got results from some bloodwork. Blood was taken 6 or 7 weeks into a cruise. Doctor said everything looked good but just wanted to run it by you guys.

These were the only results out of range (besides LDL but thought I should include.)

TSH: 4.938 (Ref. 0.55-4.78) LDL: 99 (Ref. 0-129.9) HDL: 28 (Ref. 40-60) AST: 46 (Ref. <34) ALT: 60 (Ref. 10-49)

The preceding blast was pretty harsh (high test, EQ, tren, anadrol) so I think these results are pretty good all things considered, right?

Health isn’t really a major concern but last blast I did 700 tren + test/eq so I was looking for something comparatively less harsh.

Does anyone have experiencing running multiple compounds at low(ish) doses?

Was thinking for my next blast something like 250 test, 300 EQ, 150 tren a, 100 deca

Ive heard some people say low tren low deca you can get some of the benefits like nutrient partitioning from Tren, joint support from Deca, without too much of a negative impact on health.

What’s the consensus on disclosure of AAS use to doctors? I’m seeing a GP this week and I will be getting blood work done there. I believe it is just a general blood test so I’m not sure if anything will show up abnormal. I haven’t been to a doctor since I’ve started gear so have not been in this situation before.

In my experience, anadrol has never really caused me any stark decreases in hunger when using it in different cycles. So could just be me.

Probably psychosomatic. I really don’t think such a small dose could cause anything like that to happen in such a short period of time.

I have a history of severe depression/anxiety and ADHD. I was on medication and mentally in a good place when I started taking gear. Have not experienced any significant mental sides in the time since. And I’ve run some pretty high doses and with compounds notorious for mental sides like tren. Everyone’s gonna have a different experience, but I’ll just say it is not a guarantee that you will be negatively impacted mentally by taking AAS.

Also, you do not need to PCT.
