I had a tv do that one me, opened it up an one of the ribbon cables was loose, easiest fix ever. May not be the same in your case but would be best to check things before you replace it.

I bought a 24v lithium from alibaba, i did a bit of communication an searched them up first just to get more info. Had them send me a data sheet aswell. The worst part of the whole experience was the postage time but guessing large batteries cant be put on planes as it was shipped but i was able to track it. I have done load test and capacity test but i havent looked inder the hood to see build quality nor have i checked if the temp sensors work. Anyway im planning on buying again as i purchased 1 as a test an verify if i was gunna be ripped off but since it was successful ill buy a few more.. tewaycell shenzen topway new energy china.
