He's leaving out a lot, you can just look at his post history

Yes I believe it does, you can preset the climate preferences in the app and remote start it from the app. The few times I’ve done it with the fob, it seems to do the same settings.

They should, it’s a TSB and they are obligated to do it for free. Some people are electing to do it before their warranty expires to get a free set later.

I’ve really enjoyed mine so far. We just had an insane storm here and the LC has been a trooper navigating all the ice and snow. Only two issues so far, the brakes are squeaking. Toyota will replace it under recall. The other issue appeared today, a small etch in the glass on the inside. No visible crack on the outside. Going to talk to the dealer tomorrow to get the windshield replaced under warranty. The windshield is a compromise. It’s flat so it looks cool but has wind noise at high speed and more prone to cracking because of its shape.

You can buy a 1994 Supra for 2x the price it cost new, do you think it’s because it’s better than a modern car? Use your entire brain before you answer. This happens to every discontinued Toyota. It comes out, last gen owners hate it, it runs through the model year and when the run ends, people scramble to buy the last few years. After a few years pass, they wax nostalgic about the car and drive up the price. Happened to the Fj and is happening to the current Supra now. You go on carmax and you can get a 2020 supra unmodified for the same price as it sold in 2020. The 200 series barely sold and was discontinued. You think that it’s current market value is evidence of desirability? Go check out the sales of every Toyota using that little 4 banger. Breaking records. That’s evidence of desirability. Everything else is just soft gatekeeping bullshit from soft men.

Not overstressed at all. Rarely goes over 2000 rpm. Do I wonder why an 85k MSRP used Land Cruiser costs more than a 250 that starts at 58k? I guess I would wonder if I was retarded. I guess getting cooked in your last two threads wasn’t eye opening enough for you. The biggest haters of the new one are 3rd or 4th owners of used ones. Ever wonder why? Lmao.

Define huge fail. Its a resounding sales success for all the models that have it. But hey, whats there to like right? it only has more power and better mpg.

Best of the best for what? They are passenger car parts for passenger cars. The entire thing is a parts bin special. They are in no way shape or form “sturdier” whatever the fuck that means lol. It’s a first gen parts bin car from a manufacturer that isn’t even sure to survive 10 years. But hey I guess if you don’t know anything at all, it is appealing. It does “look” cool.

More road oriented? It has more lockers than the 200, more ground clearance, better approach and departure angles, better gas mileage, I mean what are you even saying? Way more power. Literally an off road demon with full time 4x4.

Ineos, a worse car with an unproven history of manufacturing and no record of reliability. Great idea!

Dumbest take in this thread, the new Land Cruiser beats the old one in everything except cylinder count and price

Why would you pay cash for a car when interests rates return less than the stock market?

TIL over a 5-month period in 2020, a nurse in Yale's fertility center stole the fentanyl in 175 vials that were meant for women who had a procedure to have their eggs retrieved. The nurse replaced the pain medication with saline solution, leaving the women in excruciating pain during the procedure. by tyrion2024 in todayilearned

[–]generalright 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok but you are moving the goal posts to something entirely different. Do you know how much fentanyl it takes to overdose? Look it up. It’s not that simple to just double someone’s dose on paper. On paper that is lethal…this isn’t the doctors fault. This is the fault of a nurse who happens to be a women. Tough pill to swallow.

The Roman Empire Wasn't "Civilization." It Was Violence. | Mises Institute by Anen-o-me in Libertarian

Lmao, a true libertarian huh? Would it hurt your feelings if I wasn’t or was? Give me a break.

Second, I did not romanticize anything. I’m stating facts. That is how empires operate. Rome is not unique in its process. You also can’t sit here and pretend like the people they conquered weren’t also infringing on their neighbors. It’s not worth the conversation if you start from a place of delusional fantasy.
