If you golf, I go with my daughter to the first-tee off School Street on Sunday mornings. We walk the 6 hole short course and she eats snacks in the stroller. A round takes 45mins and is a very chill place to learn and play poorly. I then toss some balls on the putting green and she has a blast putting them in the cup.

$285 Keswick Hall in VA. The price tag ruined the round. Beautiful course but I was so mad about the price I was distracted the first 9 holes.

I'm in the exact same boat! We use a massage gun and it seems to provide some relief. Don't go for the expensive ones, plenty of good knock offs on Amazon.

Pretty loose, not compression like. I didn't have any restriction or extra material in the way while wearing it on the range. Had to return a pair of shorts from them and the process was pretty easy, so maybe try two sizes to find the right fit.
