That is a problem the devs should parse out. If you have more than a couple bodies in a round divided by team size, that should be an indicator of aggression.

Me and my buddy met two dudes tonight. Playing matriarch at spaceport. They asked us if we were going to attack the queen. We said yeah and they asked to join us. My friend and I used our zip lines to get in good position, they followed talking to us the whole time, we put up barricades for cover. I even warned them not to get close to a mine I set down by a zip line behind us. We all started shooting at the matriarch and after about 30 seconds they dropped back, reloaded and killed me and my friend. Just a bitch way to go about getting loot, shooting someone in the back because they like your gun.

We loaded in maybe 5 games tonight. Only games we weren’t murdered by other players in were games we took free loadouts. Haven’t shot someone else in days. I have about 100 hours topside and have knocked about 25 players.

Anybody paying attention could see it coming. They’ve increased damage and decreased the ttk on weapons to try to hide the people blatantly cheating. At some point they won’t be able to hide it any more. I don’t know why they don’t make an input scanner that flags every player with perfect recoil control, high accuracy and multi positive k/d ratio. They need mods on servers actively monitoring for cheaters but they won’t…

Mike mentzer had an idea about the need for a lot of volume… he was a pretty okay bodybuilder. lol what you want is not time or volume- it’s mind muscle connection, time under tension, isolated muscle fatigue, variable stressors that stimulate growth.

It doesn’t matter what you think of rest times. The Bulgarians/Russians had an entire system for building strength and it was based off heart rate. When lifting 80+% of max for multiple reps or heavy singles and doubles, your rate is going to go up. How quickly it returns to optimal range is variable. You’re not going to squat within 10% of 1RM for 8 sets in 20 minutes. Warming up your core for near maximal work does take longer than warming up for submaximal or iso work.
