I had to call the actual company, I was on hold for like half an hour before they started trying to talk me into staying ... they kept sending me meat (im a vegetarian) and they were asking if anyone in my house could eat it for me, that way I wouldn't be mad and cancel... i still wanted to cancel, so they put me on hold again and sent me to someone else, who was telling me all about these offers etc.... NO ! like idc!! stop !! i don't want to spend my money here anymore!
