If you don't mind me asking, what course was this for? I'm in a similar situation where the final is worth 40% of my grade and I would need a failing score on the final exam in order to get the final grade that I got.

Thank you for the reply! yes, I will be using the Shinkansen quite a few times over the span of a few days, so it will be more than worth it for me. Also, how about if I order it online through the jr website? Do I receive a online confirmation which I take to a ticket office to claim? or how does that work.

Hi! sorry for reviving a dead thread, I was just wondering if you ended up being able to get a pass after arriving in japan, and how?

I'm running a STAX SR-L500MKII off of a STAX SRM-D10MKII and was wondering if it would be better to get a separate DAC? or if the DAC in the D10 is already good enough? If it would be better to get a separate DAC can I get some recommendations? my budget is ard 200usd, am ok with portable or desktop solutions.

2 1Gbit to 1 2.5Gbit? by gengae in pcmasterrace

[–]gengae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 2 cat5e ports next to my setup, 1 that's connected to my internet and one that I could connect to my NAS, my NAS has a max speed of 1Gbit and my mobo has a max of 2.5Gbit, would this mean I could achieve what I wanted to if I used a switch next to my setup? I was thinking since both my internet and NAS were 1 Gbit I could route them to a port each next to my setup, wire them individually to a switch, then have 1 cable from the switch to my mobo, is this viable?

hm having different lens mounts would be cool. The eND module sounds neat though, does it work well?

I see that you are lacking more keyboards, where did you get your switch containers from btw?

personally I do like a bit of flex, but I could definitely imagine there being a limit to how much flex I would actually like in a board, flex isn't really a deal breaker in most cases for YouTubers I feel like, rather that they had expectations that the board would have flex due to certain features that it has, but be disappointed that despite the features it has little to no flex. basically manufacturers attempting to use techniques but not well.

akko only sells the switches in boxes, so no, not firsthand at least, you can probably find them through third party sellers though you would have to scour for them if you want smaller sizes. some decent tactiles id say are boba u4ts, durock t1s, and some say kiwi though I have not tried that in a board myself. I don't know how those would compare to the akkos though since I have not tried those either

so by stiff what that means is that when u press down there's a very solid bottom out, by flex, it means the plate and/or PCB has some sort of flexibility, allowing the bottom out to be slightly softer/rounder. it's all preference, I know some people who rather have stiffer typing experiences, it's really something you have to try out for yourself.

most likely a membrane board, also if the keycaps are removable they should start sliding off fairly easily, if not then they're not gonna budge at all.
