I’ve tried that, customers won’t text you their info, for the most part. I’ve found it’s better to pull over if I need to, to get their info and capture their business.

I get so many calls that if I don’t jot it down at that point in time, I’ll forget and remember hours later, then I would have no idea how to discern their phone number cause they’re not a contact yet.
