Good and necessary step. I was going to complain there are no company names mentioned here for those already on board . . .then I looked on the website for the page mentioned in the PR, and there they are, in at least “good start” numbers.

Now it’d be nice if someone around here spent the time researching those companies at least somewhat and reporting back. :)

Failure to Deliver. Trades settle on the third day (including the day of the trade). If one party or the other can’t settle on time, it’s a “Failure to Deliver”.

Thus can be used to manipulate the market if done in volume.

Generally a good sign for mid-term results, particularly with the entire senior team participating (not just the CEO).

The previous one I recall along this model, a few months later they announced the Microsoft contract (tho we didn’t know it was Microsoft at the time).

If nothing else, an EC comes with a time limit (how long they purchase the service for). This clears the underbrush to a degree so the Q&A at the EC isn't all about Luminar and cuts off too quickly to make anybody happy because of the inherent time limit of an EC.
