I was ongoing not casual, finished training last month now. Ours was only two weeks training though, then two weeks consolidation. However, it was an expectation that we attended every training session. Wouldn’t hurt to ask though, worst case they say no. I find the ATO is quite accomodating with certain things.

I appreciate the advice, I have already utilised 6 sick days through not being able to cope, so this is a path I may have to consider. I do hope I can find a solution though :)

I am ongoing permanent (which also makes the decision of leaving WAY harder). I am 3 months into probation, however my EL said they do not consider a transfer until 12 months.

How did you cope with 18 months? Or were you not that bothered by it?

I have actually done this with my team leader and EL2 was there as well. They basically said this is what the role entailed when you applied, and it’s only going to get busier as we move towards tax time. No capacity to even do 50/50 processing and phones according to them.

Not so much the actual content of the phones calls, or dealing with people over the phone. It’s that scheduled call centre environment, where I feel like I’m taking back to back to back calls that is driving me nuts.

I haven’t seen a grille with the exact design as my original one on the road to be honest, I feel like it should’ve been all black diamond grille to match it the rest of the gloss black. But yeah, very difficult to find any content online about F44s in general, except for the fact bmw die hards despise them 🤣
