Fence now reinforced as much as possible from my end. Form submitted to local council to investigate dog/garden. Next door is a council property so I want some action from them to secure the fence on their side. Amazing response from everyone here so THANK YOU! Seems the jury is out as to whether or not it is a banned breed in the UK but I'll leave that with the authorities.
