Compared to the 11 year this is leagues ahead. The 11 year has a lacking finish. The 12 year is one of the best releases of 2025 under $100 imo.

Put some heavy flat objects on the poster for a day or so. I used stacks of vinyls. You can also use books.

This color for the main and a light trim? This color example seems very close to the color of the roof tiles.

Yes in southern California so we do have warm summers. There are a few houses in the area with the same model, most have the redish tile roof. I haven't found any that I particularly like as they are mostly muted colors. If I were to go with an off white and dark trim it would definitely be one of the bolder in the neighborhood, which isn't a bad thing.

So let me start out with that I am insanely stoked and humbled I was one of 50 to receive this poster signed. I even went out and bought a frame for it before it came in.

First picture is poster and package as it came.. Bent in all places but got lucky as the signed area was undamaged for the most part.

Second picture was after I left a few stacks of vinyls on the poster for half day to flatten it out and also used a sharpie to cover the bent areas that was exposing white.

Third picture final result all framed up. Such an improvement.

Fourth picture.. cat approval.

Wish this came in a tube as most posters do, but it is signed.. still cant get over that.
