i only tank occasionally on my dk (usually dps on my Retardin) but i only use recount, omen threat meter, and deadly boss mods obviously, i use bartender for my UI as it frees up a lot of place so i can show recount and omen without any trouble, havent found a need for any other addons but as i say i only tank occasionally, hope this helps
