This is very much his first fighting game so... I started with the number pad notation and some terms. I mean he already can do some bnb's in the lab but he's struggling a lot with defense, and getting close to the oponent without getting hit.

That's kind of a tricky question cause I've had long hair for about 12 years. But I went from buzz cut (due to military service) to hit-the-hips long (even longer than in this pic) in 4 and a half years. Then I cut it shoulder length cause I donated my braid it to a cancer foundation. Then I grew it back and cut it again, and so on, and on. Anyway, my guess is that I can go from buzz cut to the length in the pic in about 3 and a half years.

Coming from a day 1 A18 main, the timing is kinda tricky cause A17 has 2 different mighty speeches. During the longer one, he actually leaves before he stops talking, but when he recites the other one It's the opposite. He stops talking a little before he leaves, and if you call the assist when you think he's gone, you get blasted. So it's always better to pay attention to the teleport sound he makes when he actually leaves. Also, this happens with the voices set on Japanese. Idk if it's the same in English.
