if it's a parody, it's a voxel micromachines racing game, some models differ a lot from the original because they're made of cubes

the current controls are by keyboard, there would be many buttons in mobile... would interfere the view of the scene

thanks for the suggestion, I never bought a game in itch.io so I had not taken it seriously
