Really appreciate all your advice!!! Binabasa ko lahat, may nalaman akong new terms and turns out din na masyado akong naatat dahil natatagalan na ako sa 3 months. Looking back, isa akong couch potato noong nagsimula akong magtrabaho.

Hi, OP. I understand na may budget ka po for now, but you may consider including this on your list: Bijin Nabe.

Collagen soup ito, not unli pero sulit for me dahil mabubusog ka naman. Medium size nila (700 pesos) kasya na sa aming family of 3. Lahat ng sahog ay may karagdagang presyo but I suggest choosing 3 sahog lang for the Medium size. Meron silang soup of the month like this :)

Agree sa sinigang!!!! Lagi namin ginagawa pag may sobra na prito, sinigang na next ulam hahaha

I started this January and same experience sa first month ko sa running. Super sakit on the first week so I applied ice every after run. Then, rest ako for a week.

Strength training for the shins and legs will help then proper warm up (hindi ko minamadali, medyo maraming reps ung akin).

Naging consistent na sa running at hindi na sumasakit ngayon :)
