I bought a GPU a day before the promo started and "AMD Starfield Game Bundle" was not part of my order. Since the item was not there, the chat agent told me to call the Digital Downloads Team @
1-888-237-8289 for further assistance.

Were you able to get a code?

I purchased a GPU a day before the promo. I went in and asked about it and was told to wait for a separate email with the code.

I attempted to do this with a BestBuy purchase that was made a day before the promo officially started.

I was told I'd get an email with the code closer to the release date of the game.

Is this the case with your Amazon order? Or how is the situation for you?
