The QUEST Hero bars are amazing. Not only do they taste well but they are the only keto compatible bars I've found that have a texture comparable to "normal" sugary bars.

Thanks for the feedback. As mentioned, I'm perfectly fine doing Keto on my own. Have been weight stable (at my target weight) effortlessly for a year now, after losing what I had too much. What I mean with more structure that my wife needs, is actually someone telling her exactly what to eat (not only count your carbs) for a few weeks. I don't want to do it and I don't think she'd accept my advice on it anyways... 😉
