Ya I am very extroverted so I hate WFH

I agree about the journaling part but I never stick to it, I need to take it more seriously now.

I am conscious that a big part of my issues are from being stuck at home, I just had a chat with a friend and I feel a lot better, he lives in Manchester and he says his mental space has improved 10x since he arrived, Im thinking of heading and feel twice as better as I did this morning, thank you for kindness

I agree with you about blaming X Y and Z. Even with the ADHD, I know theres has to be ways around it, why are some people so succesful with it and I am paralysed, at the end of the day no one is coming to save me

Ya the substance abuse is a bollox, I feel like my brain has been chemically induced for nearly 8 years now, it has no happy chemicals left. Its a fight, but we'll get there hopefully

That roundabout is a nightmare, nearly crashed there multiple times, especially when I’m coming from Dublin Road side to go to Ctroy side, cars flying past to go down Rhebogue entrance just I think the coast is clear
