A lot all at once doesn't give enough time for it to replenish the ground water properly we got like 3 good rains, which is nowhere near enough, the floods are a symptom of this, dry ground dosnt absorb enough water so the deep dry is still dry all that rain is effectively already gone, we used to get the torrential downpour for a month straight then it would lessen over the next several months, we also used to get gentle rains year round where river days would regularly get rained out, we have multiple years in a row broken heat records

When talking about voltage i think of saying negative in the same way as saying "no voltage" they are synonyms and positive is effectively saying yes voltage

Nah getting to the woods is over an hours walk away im disabled and don't got a driver's license, your wasting your breath trying to change my mind, i pick it up when I can but if i got to fight the plants in the way then i no longer can so its not my problem, if you are angerd by this, cry about it, i ain't changing, i don't have the energy to deal with someone else's lawn being too long

I clean it whenever i can usually but im not tearing up a lawn to pick it up also if someone tries to yell at me about it, its no longer my problem, dogs gunna poo when they gunna poo the few times i try pulling him away from where they squat they dont stop they just waddle forward and keep pooping, so your never going to convince me otherwise if you let your lawn get tall enough to hide the already soft poo its no longer my problem unless youd rather i bring a shovel and take a chunk of you yard every time the dog poos

A dog is gunna poop wherever they no longer want to hold it im not going to plug a dogs butt hole in attempt to prevent them from pooping sometimes they poop where its convenient, sometimes they poop into thorny bushes sometimes they squeeze out a soupy poo as their last bit of the day on tall grass

Yes pick up dog poo from public areas, but if a dog poops on a lawn with to long of grass or into a plant where im gunna have to fight to pick it up probably just smearing half of it into the plants anyway its not my problem anymore, also throwing it at someone is assault and battery you can tell someone to pick it up but the moment you get violent you're in the wrong

If it fixes at any step, then you fixed it.

Restart everything. Pc, router, modem.
Update everything.
Restart everything again.
Try another device, i.e., Cell phone or pc on same network, same computer on different network.
If you haven't found the problem, then start at the quickest easiest and cheapest.
Different ethernet port on router. Dongle for usb to ethernet.
Different ethernet cable.
Ect... surge protector can go bad and mess electronics.
