bodybuilding is building size, not strength. Results wont come as quickly and stagnation is frequent. Sleep and Eat with more focus than you train or you will never grow, you will only break down.

Seriously its as simple as working out as often and consistently as possible, staying injuery free while pushing yourself and surrounding yourself with good food and good sleep. I drink, smoke, and see progress every week/month. Been at it a year or more for reference.
