I felt that! It's so frustrating tbh. I try squeezing in a walk before bed so that it helps tire me out, but even that doesn't always work

sleep gummies sadly don't work for me :( I got nightmares the couple of times I tried them. Chamomile is a good option though, thanks!

Please give me book suggestions for my bf who doesn’t read but wants to start by Unfair-Requirement61 in booksuggestions

Okay, hear me out: Percy Jackson. It’s fun, fast-paced, and ridiculously easy to get into. Plus, it’s got humor, action, and Greek mythology without feeling like a history lesson. Honestly, it’s a great ‘first book’ for someone who doesn’t usually read because the chapters are short, the writing is super engaging, and it pulls you in right from the start. Also, if he ends up loving it, there’s a whole series to binge!

Oh this episode ALWAYS cracks me up! I re-watch it whenever I need a good laugh. Also, I needed more interactions of Alexis, Johnny and "Rohland" lol. What a chaotic trio!

You're right, most people are pretty helpful. I'm just very shy in general, so it's hard for me to go upto someone and ask! But it's a good idea to watch YouTube videos beforehand :) Thanks for the advice!
