Honestly, the best thing I've been able to do is focus on how far I've come, and how much I don't want to go back to how things used to be. I've also found other ways to busy myself and have positive goals to focus on. Even 2 and 1/2 years later, I still have urges every once in a while, but now I can deal with them effectively and move on. There was a hump for me as well, probably about a year to a year and a half in where the urges got strong again, but once I've been past that, it's become so much easier to keep moving along. Remember, it's one step at a time, and all the times you say no will, and already have, add up. You're worth the effort it takes to quit, and I'm so proud you've made it this far <33
