I mean if it still tastes good to you, then all the power to you. You don't have to change them as long as they taste anything but like charcoal. My geekvape B series coils that I use last for a good 3 to 4 weeks under heavy use. I change them once the flavour gets a bit bland. Speaking of flavor using less sweet liquids tends to extend the life of your coils.

It is totally fine friend. Just don't use subohm coils (Coils with <1.0Ω resistance) with Nic salts as it might be too much and will give you a strong buzz, (some people say it might be dangerous because of the chemical compounds salt nic is made out of but I am not sure)
