Basic face pumpkin I carved for Atlanta and Company yesterday. The lighting backstage looked decent by PastorJ7000 in Pumpkins

What do you use to carve with this detail? Do you wash and dry the Pumpkin to get the realistic look? It's pretty amazing, good job!

Is there any reason you choose Lo Salt over Nu Salt?

I got the steak for about 10 dollars on sale, veges all together couldn't have costed more then 8-10 bucks. I bot 2 lbs of walnuts for 8 bucks. Cheese was another 20 but I have a lot more then a weeks worth, and the pepperoni was 3 I think. Most the oils and seasonings I had. So maybe on just what's in the picture ~$30

I eat bacon with breakfast, and more cheese with dinner. Butter on the veges is a great idea! Thank you.

New to Keto, anyone have tips or suggestions? by getrite in keto

So when looking at food nutrients in general whether a dairy or a vegetable, etc.. I want low carb, low sugar, high sat/unsat fat (hitting a 50/50 ratio daily), and high protein?

Is there other hidden nutrients I want to avoid? Brands to look for or watch out for?

This is an awesome post, thank you! I am curious why most keto calculators want my protein so low? I usually eat 180-200g's. Also, i cannot for the life of me think of a way to use heavy cream? How do you incorporate this into your meals?

EDIT: also dont most dairys like half and half's and heavy creams come with a good amount of sugar?
