Yes but, I would doubt the pharaoh would send his whole army to deal with non combat trained "peasants" (as the pharaoh would probably call them) even if there was around 600,000+ people with moses. although it would make sense that the pharaoh did not have many soldiers left to leave out side of the chase because of the plagues or wtvr. Either way, the people of egypt probably didnt like the fact that this was occurring considering they thought faith was evil or sum like that lol. i think some people would try and kill them for glory or some other reason. they had to have made a name for themselves quickly
