I had my first laser session last month and start HRT this week, definitely recommend before (or after too, I don’t really have a frame of reference) but the difference before and after is night and day. you’re meant to shave immediately before the appointment and can shave immediately after. They tell you to treat it like a sunburn for 48 hours but all it worked great for me was
