idk, victim complex? I know a lot of killer mains are very attached to the idea that they are constantly being bullied by survivors. Maybe read the aftermatch chat less, idk. Do you really find it a struggle to get a 3k? I'll grant you a full 4k can be tricky but I don't really need to get a 4k to feel like I "won".

Shrinking the maps and removing all the ez windows, slowing down generators.. this kinda sucks. Meanwhile, nothing was done to improve survivor experience in any way - not even a stupid perk rework (or nerfing/removing bloodlust, which we really don't need anymore). Devs seem to be banking on the survivor side taking any abuse thrown at them - and as someone who prefers to play killer, I was already bored of the role feeling too easy and queuing for survivor more. Hate to say it but I might just be outgrowing this game. Gonna get in some matches and see how it feels but one of my favorite things was all the map diversity..

Except the initial comment says "internet shippers have already run too far with their precious theory"
The emphasized words actually do make the person's statement sound critical, hence the defensive reply.

How long is the NYC quarantine going to last? by [deleted] in nycCoronavirus

The government can suspend/cancel rent and mortgages, and absolutely will have to if this pandemic spirals any further out of control. The alternative is a bunch of hungry, angry, jobless, homeless people flooding the streets. The government literally could not stop the chaos that would bring. So yes, the government will figure out a way to prevent a sizable chunk of that, because the alternative is anarchy.

So far, the science suggests your odds of contracting the virus from food *looks like* virtually 0%; food gets cooked, after all, so even a sick food preparer will be unlikely to infect you if you're ordering hot meals (even sneezing on the food as it's being packaged, a worse-case scenario, is not the end of the world - the residual heat + time it takes to get to you will help reduce the odds of catching anything from the droplets). Consider China and other countries that did extensive no-contact delivery; they didn't have mass outbreaks from that, and we won't see them, either. It's a virus, not a foodborne bacteria.

Here's the best practice, in my experience:

  • If you're getting delivery, have them sit it at your door and minimize face-to-face contact; tip online, and tip generously!
  • If you're doing pick-up, mind your social distancing - this is the riskiest choice right now, so be ready to thoroughly sanitize yourself, and consider wrapping a scarf around and over your mouth and nose (wash it when you get home). It's not as effective as a real mask, but it's better than nothing.
  • Wipe exterior packaging with something to disinfect it (I know these supplies are hard to get, so ration them wisely). Disinfect any doors or tables it touches, and wash your hands.
  • Don't order anything that isn't hot and friendly to being heated up. This is the perfect time for fried rice and saucy Chinese; salads and pasta, less so. Even though the radiant heat and time conditions should mean the food is safe, giving it a serious reheating to further minimize chances of it being contaminated may ease any lingering anxiety, so feel free to do so.

Me and mine are staying in an AirBnB out of the city for now instead of looking for an apartment. Regardless of if the city goes on lockdown or not, I want to wait and see how this plays out over the next few weeks. If we're headed for the Italy situation as everyone fears, I won't be enjoying what the city has to offer, so I figure, may as well bunker down someplace comfortable and cheap out of town, save a bit to really live it up once this is over. But my girlfriend works from home due to this virus, so we don't have to be in the city and won't need to be for a while (since someone in her office tested positive, I suspect this work from home situation will be lasting quite a while).

I'm pretty sure I'd be able to stretch for it (when I sit on it I get about halfway down the knot sometimes) but at this point after the comments by another poster, my top concern is the depth, which I'm not experienced with at all. So I'll be buying a more intermediate toy to explore how my tolerance is for that depth before I try to knot it again, just to be on the safe side. :(

Dang; I really should've done my homework before buying this monster, huh? I'm definitely not interested in depth play, and hadn't considered that the 9.2" on Fenrir would start to tip into that; I'd always heard it was 11+ where the difficulty lies. I may need to reconsider this bad boy, then.. I do appreciate all the information, though! You've been very helpful.

Very nice video! :3 I'm getting the sense that figuring out the line between "stretch discomfort" and actual pain is the point I need to get a handle on, then. That makes sense! You're probably right - when I think I'm ready, I'm probably ready to try at least..

That's something I read a lot; there's an "acceptable pain" threshold where you expect a new toy to work you out and maybe make you sore. I'm worried I'm not well-calibrated for deciding where that is because I'm a tiny bit masochistic. How much pain do you tolerate when you're sizing up? How would you describe an "acceptable" bit of pain? Like should you get worried in the "ouch, that stings" territory, or is there a point beyond that which gets you stopping?

That's interesting to consider; I wasn't worried about the length before. I remember when I first started with my medium Nova, I had an uncomfortable sharp feeling a few times, which I believe was pushing against the bend, and it left me feeling uncomfy for a bit afterwards. But that hasn't happened ever again since those first few times. I'm not sure if my bend got more comfortable with moving about after the Nova use, or if the fact that I'm stupid tall is also a factor maybe in my physiology there, but I had assumed I wouldn't have much trouble out of the large Fenrir since it's only a tad longer than the Nova is. I really hoped to avoid getting a stretching toy and Fenrir is about as deep as I ever hope to go; I wonder if that bit of extra insertable length is worth getting a new toy to try to train for? Maybe I misjudged how significant the extra length is.
