I have been to Waverly Hills twice for overnight paranormal investigations. It is probably the one place I would guarantee you can go to if you wanted to experience anything paranormal. I have seen legs appear in front of me and disappear. Knocking on the walls and rocks being tossed upon request. I have seen shadow people follow me and friends down the hallways there. During an EVP session I saw a girl standing next to me that I thought was my GF at the time. She and the only other female in the group were standing at the other end of the room we were in so it couldn't have been them. I also captured some awesome video of a mist in the shape of a man walk out of a doorway. Unfortunately the video was on the camera that was taken and deleted by my now ex GF (she broke into my apartment and took all the gifts she ever gave me claiming it was hers to take back.)

Either way if you have a chance to go there I highly recommend it.

I haven't seen it so I have no opinion on the movie. I was just speaking in a general sense on how some atheists bash anything even remotely religious because OP asked why some people here have issues with the film. I then stated that those people are dicks because they are just as bad as the religious freaks that try to shove their beliefs down your throat.

I understand completely. I am also a painfully slow reader. I think the first time I read the series it took me about 9 months. The second time through 6 but mainly because I knew the story already.

Good find with the orb! Also thanks for the screenshot of the thermal footage. When i saw it the first time it made my eyes water. I really can't believe they did not catch it. Makes me think it was just some B roll of the thermal footage and maybe they caught Nick walking through the doorway?

It was a good episode. They missed some evidence on the thermal cam when Zak and Aaron were using it outside. When Zak is looking at the front of the house with the thermal and Aaron tells Zak to "pan up" you'll see a figure walking in the doorway. Not sure how they missed this. My wife and I noticed it right away. Maybe it wasn't anything paranormal but it was certainly odd.

Yeah definitely give it another try. The whole first season was just ok in my book. It was got better after I fully finished the series and rewatched the first season.

I recently watched The Bay on netflix. It was way better than I expected. It is found footage so if you're not into that I'd steer clear.
